Definately coming back!

Absolutely amazing place. I'm in two minds about praising it too much as we want it to remain a hidden gem. Everything was perfect - the location with it's part of the beach, the rooms nicely decorated with a huge balcony and astounding views, the staff who were truly welcoming and always available. The food was also the best we have had in Thailand and the Indian food absolutely delicious.

There is no fault with this property.

Price - performance is right

The resort is built from the hill down to the beach, the very clean and beautiful rooms look out onto the "inner courtyard" which is full of plants. It has a bit of a jungle feel - we liked it a lot! The Indian cuisine in the beach restaurant is very good! The service is very friendly, and you can also get your laundry done there very easily. Not far from the resort is the beautiful cafe-restaurant 2C with a view of the bay, highly recommended!

There isn't much privacy on the terrace and the rooms aren't flooded with light due to their orientation. The bar has its charm, but isn't particularly inviting to stay there for a longer period of time.

Great location and staff

The room we had was wonderful, sea view and close to the pool. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Location great for us, right on a sandy beach with bars close by

the area is just wonderful- the best phangan has to offer if you’re looking for a serene and tranquil getaway! the service and hotel was wonderful!

i wish we could’ve stayed longer and enjoyed both thong nai pan noi and yai even more!

Relaxed and chilled vibes

Super hotel, friendly staff, idyllic location for relaxing

The only thing I would say is the beds are uncomfortable but we have found this to be the case for most hotels we have stayed in for our trips in Thailand anyway and we stayed only two nights if I stayed any longer I’m sure they would of rectified this for our stay as the staff were super friendly and very approachable

Excellent for quiet beach holiday

The hotel is situated about half hour drive from the ferry terminal in the quiet part of the island away from crowds and noise. It keeps standards consistent with its category. Rooms are big, well equipped, with terraces or balconies. The swimming pool os an alternative to swimming in the sea. The beach is nice, calm but there are too few deck chairs. Breakfast is good. The personnel is vary friendly, competent and helpful. The place is ideal for somebody that needs quiet rest, far from crowds and noise...

10/10- welcoming staff & top notch food!

10/10 - Excellent staff, pool, facilities, very welcoming & helpful. The restaurant food was amazing! We would definitely recommend & return. Perfect family get away and nice quiet location, exactly what we were looking for. Thanks to all the staff that made our stay so special.

We liked everything, the only thing I would say is the beach was occasionally littered from the tide but was cleaned up very quickly. The location is slightly out the way but we hired bikes and traveled to the other side of the island exploring. The area has everything you need but if your looking for nightlife & lively bars this would not be the place.

Good value and friendly but have stayed better for less.

The staff were very friendly. The room was big and clean with nice wooden furniture and a big balcony. Daily cleaning and fresh beach towels. The hotel restaurant and bar is very affordable and they also make a great ice cream milkshake! The hotel is beachfront and there are some really nice restaurants and bars lining the beach. There is a small village nearby with restaurants, bars and massage shops.

The pool area is tired and has a depressing feel. New sun loungers and parasols would make a big difference as they were stained and mouldy. There were also not that many, some days it was full. Some days there was still litter from the day before.The breakfast was ok but lacked healthy options. The reception area was very cluttered with paperwork etc and was not somewhere you felt welcomed on arrival. There were no sun-loungers on the beach so we did not sit on there. The mattress was very springy and when your partner turns, you bounce! The double was also very small for two people. We felt quite cut off from the rest of the island but that’s our fault we should have researched the location more. All that being said, a good value options especially for families I assume.

The staff at Havana were brilliant, as was the food. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff were excellent: very friendly and attentive. We are vegan and they made a special effort to cater to our diet. At the extensive breakfast buffet, we were given oat milk for cereal and they ensured we had hot vegan options, like baked bean every day. We ate there every day and the food was excellent - they even made us a delicious tofu burger on request.

If you want cozy, relaxing vacation - go for it!

Havana Hotel is very nice, The room was cleaned on a daily basis and was very well maintained. Great location with an access to very cozy beach. The beach was not too touristy because there were mostly hotel guests from the area. Breakfast was very good, and the staff was helpful. We arrived by rented car, it was a bit of a tricky journey in the evening to reach the hotel but otherwise we had parking right in front of the hotel.

For a longer stay i would stay this hotel is missing gym but if you dont mind go for it! Massage was not the best at all, but it you can find other places within few mins of drive

Perfect stay for a relaxing beach holiday

Lovely location on a beautiful beach on the quieter side on the island. Amazing local and Indian food at the restaurant, spacious and clean (yet slightly outdated) rooms. Perfect location to explore the island by scooter. The staff were very kind and helpful organising the scooter and ferry tickets for us.

Some minor details (shower head was leaking, offering the paddle board for free for guests instead of for a fee…)
